(a) If the vehicle pre-dates the seat belt regulation it will not be fitted with rear seat belts.

(b) Children will not be carried in the front seat.

(c) Every care is taken to maintain the vehicles in first class condition but in the unlikely event that we are unable to complete the engagement owing to mechanical failure, accident, fuel crisis or adverse weather conditions, or any other cause whatsoever, then whilst the company will use its best endeavours to provide an alternative and/or return any pre paid deposits or hire charges, no liability will be accepted by the company for any consequential loss.

(d) A non refundable deposit of £50.00 per vehicle is required on booking. The balance of the hire charge to be paid no later than four weeks before the wedding date. Cheques to be made payable to Style Wedding Car Hire.

(e) Smoking is not permitted in the vehicles

(f) Bookings are accepted only on the understanding that the hirer understands and accepts the above conditions and payment of the deposit signifies such acceptance.
